Supporting the wellbeing of every body, mind and soul means delivering high impact and life-changing programs for people from all walks of life. 

Our offerings are flexible, online self-paced learning and experiential so you can go at your own pace and achieve lasting results.

The format includes both group-based, and 1:1 support with Angharad Lubbock and special guest, Ms Neetu Kumari Verma from Blissful Triplets Yoga based out of India.  

Angharad is a Certified Practitioner in Positive Education and Wellbeing, and teaches from a lived-experience perspective, having supported her husband to live well, and relapse-free, with an autoimmune disease for over 10 years. After overcoming a major career burnout herself in 2021, she came face-to-face with the beautiful and confronting truth about the power we all have to create our own reality and live the life of our dreams.

Angharad's purpose is to equip others with simple and practical knowledge and techniques to support them to face whatever challenges life throws their way.

Neetu KV (Kumari Verma) is a qualified and dedicated yoga therapist, dietician and fitness coach on a mission to support people with weight loss, mobility, overall health and wellbeing.

Four simple steps to live well with ease!

In this hands-on, 6-week knowledge plus integration process, you walk away with the info and the tools to achieve a quality of life that you had only dreamed of....and....it gets to be easy!

Our Embodied Wellbeing process is a game changer, and is perfect for anyone ready to strengthen their daily self-care practice.

Pillar 1 (Week 1) - Use the PERMA-V model to decode the source of your lack of wellbeing and rewrite a script for your life.

Pillar 2 (Week 2) - Energise your vision and make it tangible. 

Pillar 3 (Week 3) - Befriend your mind and create your life with each and every thought you have.

Pillar 4 (Weeks 4-6) - Integrate and flow (practise techniques to support your underlying mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health)
